Enticing deals, failure to deliver

Good day,<br> <br> I am a concerned consumer, I have received numerous messages from cell c stipulating that if I recharge my account with more than R200 by a certain date, I will receive a substantial amount in rewards, I have fallen prey to this \****\" twice now and have reaped bo rewards, just an unhappy pocket. How can you advertise something and not keep to your deal, is this just a lure for people to spend more money? What is the reason? Not to mention other areas you have utilised the same mo's. Also the terrible customer service one receives via the call centres.<br> <br> I have been a loyal Cell C customer for a while now.<br> <br> I will appreciate some form of insight or information as to my request and would like some form of resolution to be made.<br> <br> James.<br> ***"
