Enter cell C contract at your own peril
Frustration is when You keep on paying for an account you have closed since April
Every month, there is a new charge on an account you have settled , and requested a settlement letter for.
Mind you, at this times you have now paid more than the required amount. You call these ****ers to tell them to close the account you no longer owing , only to get a half baked assistance. So tell me Cell C, what more must I do to make sure I get a settlement letter because, I am not a bank nor does money grow on my back yard
*** - There is the the reference number. I have settled the account, TWICE!!! TWICE!!!
