Can you kindly help my brother as he took two phones from cell c under contract of 24months and after delivering 2 months after they stole one of the phone as it was for school child.

However the family decided to take the third phone which the school didn't not approve it even before it was on my brother position.

Therefore he canceled the third phone before it was delivered but now the problem is

They still put more arrears so can you please help on this

Because at cell c they confirmed that they see the phone its still in their position
