enquiring about insurance and how they Billin

My mom took out a cellphone contract no *** for a Z10 in September 2015 and the very same day she got the phone she was then contacted from Cell C for insurance on the phone and she assigned for it. Her installment for the phone alone was R189 per month and with the insurance it got to be R234. I took over the phone and the installments and it has been deducting on my account and there was a month it deducted R369 or so and when I inquired I was told of something called GET It that they say is appearing on their side. They gave me a number to cancelled it and I did next month it continued with R234 and to my understanding insurance was included it continued for months. Now my phone got ****** and when inquiring about insurance am told about GET it again. They claiming the extra money debited was Get it of which never did I subscribe for it and then when the took R369 it was said its Get it. Today it debited R253. This is my money they playing with of which I also am very angry in the insurance issue of which I'm now told that its suppose to be a different company doing that<br>
