Enquiries

Y is cell c making enquiries in my name n not removing them when I ask them to I did not want anything from cell c they call me we efforts that I refuse all the time the nextbday I get notification that an enquiries was made in my name,and to many inquiries lower my score can they please stop this and remove this enquiries
