ENOUGH NOW

Had a call from Derek this morning at 7:11am, telling me that I need to pay for a contract that CELL C did not cancel even tho they sent me a cancellation letter, I am getting no where with this. I need a CEO or someone that is competent in assisting me with this issue from 2003, IT IS NOW 2015. This guy got me so frustrated early in the morning and said he will go back and hear the call recordings, was that not what he was supposed to do before calling me?<br> What more must a person do, he still tells me i never paid when i have all proof of payments made to cell c for two of my other contracts that Cell C has suspended. Now I must baby them and send everything again after doing so, so many times. Many consultants incl team leader Tino etc have assited me with this and have confirmed all my payments are on the system. Would i even be calling u to fight for more that 5 years if i did not pay?????<br> OUTRAGED BY THE DISGUSTING SERVICE. I WANT TO HEAR FROM HIGHER MANAGEMENT AND NO ONE ELSE TODAY!!!
