Enough is now Enough..!!!

<p>I called Cell C for an Upgrade last week, They claim that The Blackberry Passport that i would like to upgrade to (Because it has keys.. Not a touch screen) is out of stock. they informed me that they will contact me monday 9 May to do the upgrade when the phone is in stock. Its now thursday and NO correspondence from Cell c upgrades dept. I had to actualy phone them today to hear if they still want my business. and they claim, they never phoned me because the phone i want is no longer availible. Now how many customers have you done that to recently? or is it just me?? i need to upgrade to a phone that has keys.. Can you supply me or arent you interested in my business anymore?</p>
