Endless stories but no actual proof

I lodged a previous complaint on Hellopeter, and after numerous disagreements I was finally assisted by a Skumbuzo, and we agreed on a way forward. This was that my account would be rectified, a refund of just over R2000 would be processed, and a limit would be put on the account. <br> <br> This was confirmed by Derrick and an agent on Hellopeter - exactly one week ago. I was supposed t o receive this in writing as well, as i discovered that no one person at Cell C can see your full record. <br> <br> To date - I have received nothing. Not a call, not and e-mail and definitely no refund. No one is again responding to my e-mails. It seems that Cell C can try and deduct more than once - killing me with bank charges - but they cannot pay back or even just have the courtesy to advise what is going on. <br> <br> I would like this money refunded tomorrow 14/03/2015. My Router reactivated and the e-mail confirming this.
