Endless problems with Cell C and their *********** staff.

Me and my wife have received the most pathetic customer service from cell c for the last 3 months. *********** staff that does not understand what we say and make incorrect changes on our account that led to even more issues. Last month my wife's service was suspended. We called and they asked us to mail proof of payment which we did. Few days later it gets suspended again, we call in and get told we still owe money after we paid the amount on the statement. After a long drawn out telephone call we just hung up. We have paid our September installment but now my service has been suspended!!! Cell c is the worst network provider ever!! I do not even want to call the helpline because then I will have to del with *********** staff that is of no use or help at all. DO NOT OPEN A CONTRACT WITH CELL C.
