Endless Packetloss on a 50mbps line

I used to have a 4mbps line and could play online games without any issues (0% packetloss), then upgraded to Cell C Fibre and its like a massive downgrade for way more money (50% packetloss) My mails to support just gets ignored , phone calls get ignored, they are providing 0 service.
