ENDLESS EFFORT TO GET A SETTLEMEMT LETTER AND PART WAYS WITH CELL C

I had a contract with Cell C a while ago and forgot to terminate the contract after 24 months. In April 2022 when I was applying for a bond, I was reminded that I owe them R2200 of which I did settle immediately and wrote a cancellation letter with my proof of payment attached. On numerous times I requested a settlement letter to no success until the bond deal failed. Recently now in November Cell C has been harrassing me and my next of kin claiming I now owe them plus R1000. I have all the correspondence pleading for a settlement letter. My life is on hold due to this matter yet I have settled them and had hope to part ways with them immacably but alas.

Kindly help me in putting this matter to rest.
