Endless debit order for contract that ended in 2019

I wrote a review about the endless debit order from Cell C, Thabisile Ngcobo contacted me - I paid the outstanding amount because apparently I was owing. Surprisingly month end the debit went through. again I sent couple of emails to her there was no response. can someone stop this and clear my name.
