ending of contracts

We had 2 contracts on the same day ( ********** 518). On 17.7.17 we phoned to cancel the contract. In August we saw that was not done. Phone again and they phoned back stating they had listen to the tape and are sorry, will be cancelled immediately. All of a sudden we find out they only cancelled 1. Never get through to the wright department or their legal department.
