End of my rope

Once again, im having to write here In the vain hope that you, Cell C will actually do something to help.

Im not going to explain my original gripe as you can check my past review under the same name.

Basically i wanted a phone. Got **** to that it was coming. Tried to sort it out. From 3 different sources (a consultant, a store manager where the device is apparently in stock, and whoever you are that responds to this) i have gotten absolutely nowhere.

You said you would get back me after i wrote the last review. Nothing. I did a follow up on that review. Nothing. The consultant "helping" me basically does what he wants and contacts me after i drag an answer out of him. And the response is always "im working on it" or " has no one callee you yet?" And the store manager who apparently has been told to contact me about this device. Absolutely nothing.

And i needed this device by today actually for my daughter who is going away on a trip, but i suppose Cell C decided that this was an opportune time to play silly ******s and give me the run around.

So id like to believe that this second attempt might yield better results, because anything is better than fvckall.

My demand is that i want a clear and solid answer via phone saying either "were going to help you" or "fvck off and find another network" cause this guessing game is crazy.
