End of contract sabotage from Cell C

End of contract bitterness from the giant cellular network as I didn’t renew it. They debited my account for 23 months and on the 24th month they don’t collect their last payment after I had cancelled well on time. The next thing my account has been handed over to VVM attorneys for collection, with legal fees to be paid by myself. How do you do that to loyal consumers? There’s absolutely no reason for not collecting the final payment and as such, no reason to handover my account either. I’m so irritated by Cell C right now for ruining my name like that.
