End of contract
My contract with Cell C end 1 April 2023. I sent a letter requesting that this contract be cancelled 31 March 2023 as I do not wish to continue. I have to pay an penalty now. Why is this?

03 Apr 2023, 09:24After receiving confirmation that this contract would be cancelled 1 April 2023. I find that this was not done! I emailed your Clients Services and was told I need to give a months notice and to resend all the documents. There are no Managers in the Business Call centre to deal with the query. I am stunned at the level of incompetence. What's the point to the Client Services call centre if they cannot assist me?
