Enablers of identity theft

For over a week I having been having an issue with my Cell C number where intermittently, my calls and SMSs are routed to some random person and their calls routed to me. I've been tossed around their useless call centre more times than I can count and no one can figure out what is going on nor taking this issue as seriously as they should. Not one person I have spoken to could care less about my issue. Not once have they upheld a promise to provide feedback or action any meaningful action to reach a resolution. For a business who's primary responsibility is to ensure that when people dial my number they reach me, I find it absolutely diabolical! If you're on the market for a cellular network provider, I would steer clear of Cell C.
