****** pathetic service from Cell C, upgraded my phone and they delivered the phone today, tried doing sim swap on the phone and I’m told I failed the security question because I can’t remember the year which I registered a company that I never used and they can’t assist me. I gave them my ID number, my names, address and the banking details- bull**** service for being their client for the ****en 8 years with contracts with them , I’m done with this ****en network . What’s the point of asking me my ID number, names, address and the banking details yet they can’t assist you?

Unfortunately, the security check is a mandatory feature that must be completed successfully in order for account-related transactions to be processed on your account. You can also visit your nearest Cell C store in order to do the sim swap there.
