Empty promisses

<p>As per prevois review, Cell C finaly send me my device after the easter, so no internet for the whole of easter, I was beyond upset, but what can I do do> so the gentelman who sorted out my query promised me to give me some kind of compensation in extra data or discount, prommised to call me back on 18 April 2017. I am still waiting?? still did not get a call, phoned customer care and sales (084 145) but for some reason this person does not excist. No one can tell me who I spoke to nothimg ?? so what now??????? Do I just except lies and empty promisses once again from cell C??????? but as soon as it comes to paying my account they never strugle to get their money and smile for the above R2000 account!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>See previose review:</p> <p> </p> <p>Awaiting feedback</p> <p>I app**** for a LTE Advanced contract with a router on a 200gb, but get no feedback from cell c, apparently it has been approved but waiting for activations or something to call me, apparently they could not get hold of me? Impossible, i am always available on ********** . The sales person, Sipho Dyamle, on 084 145 is the only one keeping me updated. but i am still waiting for who ever needs to assist. Its been 3 weeks. I already have 5 contracts this will be number 6, i already spend over R2000 a month at cell c, i am sure i deserve better service! I want the device tomorow, I dont care how you do it! I have been patient for far to long! Again I wish to thank Sipho for his assistance, please assist me to get this done.
