So here I am again...still trying to arrange the cancellation of this fibre contract belonging to a previous tenant so that I can have my own contract activated and they tried to collect yet another instalment from his bank account. Received one missed call from Cell c and that was the end of their attempts to resolve this matter. Please don't believe their promises to assist. They don't. It is all part of trying to save their image. They are ***** and *******. Pretty much like the ANC.

There are so many complaints about them on Hellopeter that they even have a dedicated team just to deal with these. Not that they do.

Stay away from this Service Provider. They will make you life a living hell. They will lie and ***** from you.
