Empty Promises & unprofessional Service

Good Day.<br> <br> on the 28th August i cancelled my contract after two years, Wednesday the 7th October i contacted Cell C to re-open, i opted for the Huawei P8 LITE epic 100 contract. everything was done & accepted. I was told on that Wednesday that stock will arrive on the 8th & delivery will take place on the 9th bear in mind today is the 22nd i still have no handset, i call everyday Dealing with Vusi Masia but empty promises are being made, today i call he says he might have to offer me a other deal due to no phone's. i do not want another deal i dont not want another phone, i want the P8 & on the same deal as i signed up for the deal almost 3weeks later after a million empty promises i still dont have a handset. Cell C Cant Advertise something & can not deliver, that is False Advertising!!!! i have been a very loyal client to Cell C Never Skipped payments at all & this is what we get false adverti*****t Empty Promises & ****py attitudes. i signed up for a P8 i expected a P8 even if its not the P8 lite this is Cell C's problem do not make it the Clients. & if have to take it further indeed i will cause this is purely unorganised & false advertising to get ppl to sign up.
