EMPTY PROMISES & LIES
After logging several calls about my billing and upgrade I received a call from Precious on Tuesday 12/01/2021 promising to remove Pinnacle 500mb and it's benefits with immediate effect add on 5G data for R99 instead, was that just another empty promise, nothing has been done yet.
