Empty promises from Cell C

<p>On 6 April I posted a complaint about Cell C on Hellopeter. I have received daily responses with ernest promises ever since. Needless to say I still have the wrongly delivered phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>COMPLAINT SENT ON 6 APRIL 2017:</p> <p>On 13 March Cell C delivered an IPhone 5 to me instead of the Samsung J5 that I ordered telephonically. In spite of daily telephone calls and emails they still have not collected the wrong phone. They have promised 'URGENT COLLECTION ' the past 4 days keeping me on constant standby and have not kept their word.</p> <p>Their service has been ***********, rude and loaded with false promises.</p>
