Empty Promises from Cell C

I ordered an upgrade from Cell C on 26 August 2015. Part of the deal on the Samsung S6 Edge is that you get a free wireless charger with the upgrade. I ordered the upgrade and subsequently received the phone but I did not receive the wireless charger. I sent Bukhosi numerous e-mails to sort this problem out and get my wireless charger. Bukhosi then told me that he will not be able to give me a wireless charger but he will give me a month free subscription. My contract kicked in January 2106 so my month free subscription was supposed to be for January. I mailed Bukhosi to confirm this and he did confirm that I will get my free subscription via e-mail on 12 January 2016. After all of this, my account was debited the full subscription at the end of January. After numerous e-mails to Bukhosi, I still have not received feedback on this matter. I expect to hear from Cell C before close of business today as to how this matter will be resolved.
