Empty promises - false advertising

I upgraded one of my contracts to a new Samsung S8. The advert indicated that I will receive a VR gear with the phone. To my suprise, upon delivery... no VR gear. After phoning Customer care, they indicated that it was till stock last. It is not advertised like that. Other phones indicate that it is while stocks last. I want my VR Gear as it was advertised with the phone. There has to be stick available if it is advertised like that.
