Empty promises

If there were 0 stars I would have given them. Cell C are definitely contenders for the worst service in the Telecommunications industry. I have been trying to upgrade from the 1st of November 2020. I have been told 4 times that my upgrade has been processed and somebody would call me back to arrange delivery, only to have to call them back and hear that no upgrade has been processed. I have asked to speak to a manager numerous times, they are always busy on a call and will call me back later. Numerous times promises have been made to call me back with an update. I am definitely going to cancel my contract and move to MTN or Vodacom. Would not recommend Cell C to my greatest enemy
