Empty promises due to incompetence

It is with great dissapointement that i have to post another complaint for the same company same issue. I had requsted a copy of my contract on the 11/05/2015 and after posting a complaint Cell C timeously called me back promising to assist, yet to date i still dont have the contract. No one has bothered to be in contact with me to advise progress of the request. I will never take up any other contract with Cell C, i feel they are *********** and have no Integrity.
