Empty promises

Oh my goodness!!!! Have been waiting for 20 days for someone to get back to me. Cell C debited my bank account with a penalty fee of R70 x2 because they did not debit my bank account two months in a row. Sent the my bank statements, tried giving notice for the month to month contract. The transaction is not reflecting on their side yet so I can't give notice. What the??? I have spoken to customer service EIGHT times in the past 20 days and all I get is the query has not been resolved yet and it has been escalated! Totally disgusted ?

So they phoned back immediately after I posted this and said they would get back to me within two days needles to say I'm still waiting ...... pathetic service to say the least but extremely quick to take money out of your bank account
