Empty promises and Poor service!

Cellc has messed with my banking details, failed to cancel a contract, and then activated the incorrect plan. I have spoken to Sindisiwe, Paballo, Nadine, and more (apparent team leaders) Nobody calls you back to keep you updated.. It's been 2 weeks. This has just been the worst journey!!!!! Hours wasted on the phone, inconsistent information provided and empty promises. Nobody knows what the hell is going on or how to tell time as the 24 hour turn around time is just used to shut you up, managers are always in a meeting and promises are huge but there's never a delivery!!! (If you're thinking about joining Cell C, Please don't)
