Empty promises and pathetic service to loyal customers
Still waiting on my phone after three months, and til today Cell c is just not doing what they supposed to. They commented on my last review , that was in July (empty promises) still waiting on my phone its now been with the technician for more than 7 days and the sms received said only 7 days, we on day 9 now.Thank for the poor services Cell c and please do not comment not interested in your lies.

27 Aug 2020, 12:34how long does one have to wait to get a phone repaired i just called and they told me my phone has only been allocated to a technician today. since 18 June and I'm still waiting for my phone and you keep on making empty promises. I regret the day i signed that contract!
