Empty Promises and Bad Service

Since my last praise report I do regret to admit that i made a terrible mistake at telling the staff at a Cell C that the service is good. I bought 2 new devices there at a great value and the one employee offered to put on the screen guard for me and have done so. Only to find the next day he has not put the guard on properly and it cracked. Went back to the store asking for a new Guard and the manager just sat there shaking her head telling she cant help me. I bought a new one and left it there. I went back about a week later wanting to buy a Wifi Router for my P8 and I was told not to buy it cause Cell C will come to my house and make sure the signal is enhanced as i get no network of cell c at my house. I filled in the forms and it is 2 months later and not so much as a follow up from them. Empty promises and bad servire is what is happening at that store. I use to be n fan of Cell C and i Just changed my mind.
