Empty promises

On 15 June 2015 I complained that I had cancelled my Get More subscription with Cell C in March and it had still not been cancelled. I then received a phone call very soon after with someone informing me that the problem had been resolved and my money would be paid back to me within the week and the subscription would be removed from my account and I would not be billed for it at the end of June (my debit order date is 25th). Nothing has happened since then and I have been invoiced and charged for it for yet another month... This is so infuriating!! Empty promises are very very frustrating.
