Empty Promises
A short while ago I laid a complaint about being billed for 4 accounts when I only had 2. A seemingly efficient lady phoned me and informed me that the one account had been resolved and would be credited to my current account, whilst the other account in question was \still being investigated".<br> I have just checked on the balance of my account"
