EMPTY PROMISES!!!!
Yesterday I logged a complaint about bad service and that i havent received my phone yet. A agent(sean) contacted me back and confirm that they have 2 devisces left and he will recerved one for me and that he will do the progress today, and i will receive early this morning an sms with Tracking number.
When i contacted Cell c now to inform i havent received any sms, they informed me that my application is still pending to out of stock.
It is just empty promises all the time. I am getting sick and tired of all of this ****!!!!

Is your marketing department so *********** that you can't even make sure that I have received my phone BEFORE you post the above?

You have my number CALL ME and resolve this issue once and for all. it seems as though you have a communication problem and definitly a few dishonest employees. Not one employee has delivered what was promised. The one employee does not know what the other one has promised and done (in this case NOT done).
Idiots. I am laughing at the insanity that is controlling the cell c environment.
My sugestion is the following: Fire the head of marketing and HR and all the employees that has worked and NOT delivered what was promised. I dont care what you do, just do SOMETHING, cause obviously what you are doing is not working.
Einstein had a saying: Doing the same thing twice and expecting different results is the very definition of insanity. dealing with Cell C has made me INSANE. Expecting good service from Cell C is insanity at its very core.

19 Jul 2019, 12:25This morning g i was Phoned and asked if i have received my phone. I did inforn the agtent that i am still waiting. Again a promise was made 9.00 am that he will phone me back in 10 minutes.... It has been more than 3 hours and no feedback.
