Empty promises...

I actually don't even want to give a 1 star, because Cell C is below a 0...

Since the 20th of September, I had a query that has not been resolved with Cell C. I had promise upon promise that I will be called. I was even asked just to be patient because they have a backlog... I have written emails, I have written on Hello Peter, I have called, but no luck at all. I'm just being ignored...

I was a client of cell C for more than 15 years, but apparently, that doesn't count anything. Cell C for yourself - yes that is true because with Cell C you are all by yourself...
