EMPTY PROMISES
my cellphone was ****** on the 7th September 2022 , today is the 06th October 2022, i am yet to receive the ITC number that SAPS need to open the case...i have made numerous attempts at following up but to no avail. i have emailed the necessary forms through and cell c had confirmed receipt of the forms...but still no ITC number...then i went to the store to check and i was told that no ITC case is on the system...i even called n spoke to a few call centre agents who promised to call back and never did....it absolutely disgusting that you have total disregard for your clients.

06 Oct 2022, 14:44so you mean to say that since the 07th September, nothing has been done? where is the customer service...it is an inconvenience, better still ask Sthabile Mdlalose and Zandile Mtaga for my information and then you can process it.... also i would like to see proof that you have reprimanded your staff for their incompetence
