Empty Promises

3 months later i still have to be writing suche reports about Cell C...<br> <br> - Complaints department that reply to Hello peter posts promises someone will get back to you today and you if you lucky you will receive feedback a nay later.<br> - On 26.11.2015 Maropeng promised to call me again in a few hours and to this day im still waiting.<br> - On 02.12.2015 Cell C confirmed that a refund has been arranged and it will reflect in my account in 3-6 working days. Today is day 8 an there is still no money in my account.<br> <br> Great service Cell C...keep it up
