Empty Promise to Manipulate Customers/Poor service

I have received a call from Cell C on Tuesday (10 November 2015) to upgrade my contract and I have been promised that the phone will be delivered in a day or two (latest 12 Nov). Now is almost the 3rd day and have not received my phone, I phoned the useless number 084 145 and 084 143 but I am not getting any joy.<br> <br> <br> I am really Gatvol with Cell C, if I don't received my phone by close of business today, I have to cancel the renewal of the contract. This is unacceptable, please contact me urgently.
