Empty promise

<p>Someone open an ********** cellphone contract in my name I then contact cell about it they cancel the contract and promise me to clear my name ffrom being blacklisted for credit record and now when I want to open credit they told me I am owning call c company for six months and they canot help me because of that, so I went to one of cell c branch in ermelo they told me that I must contact cell c legal service wen I call to this number ********** 200 no one pics up only program voice prompt only for the whole two months and its costing me my money and time I don't know now where must I get help if they are not clearing out my name </p>
