EMPTY COVER BOX AND EARPHONES BOX

So upgrades called me last week Thursday. So I asked for the samsung galaxy 32 and then for an extra data sim only deal which is R99 for 5gig day 5gig night......so today 06.06.2022 the parcel vets delivered to me.....AND GUESS WHAT...IM ON THE CALL WAITING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANSWER....the phone parcel is sealed but inside is an empty earphone box and an empty screen gard or see-through phone cover that should have been in it.....SO YOU TELL ME WHERE THESE TWO ITEMS IF THE PHONES BOX WAS SEALED AND THE EARPHONES SCREAM GARD OR A COVER BOX QLSO EMPTY .....WHY WOULD EMPTY BOXES BE IN THE PHONE BOX? WHERE IS MY EARPHONES AND COVER...BUT YOU CLAIM IF THE BOX IS SEALED THEN EVERYTHONG SHOULD BE INSIDE THE BOX?
