Emily worst Cell C staff member I have ever spoken to.

My daughter lost the sim card and after calling the call centre I was referred to my Nearest store which in my case happened to be Midrand it was longer than 60 Days. I have been to the store many times and the ladies were very helpful. However, it was my first time dealing with Emily. When I arrived, she was already Rude with a client before saying that she could not help him. My kids even asked why she was rude with him My Turn came and I got much the same response. I told her I was referred by the call center for the sim swap and what happened. It was a prepaid sim and she just said “I cannot help” and referred me to some form. I asked for a Sim card after she mentioned the cost of the sim swap. and left the store. I am not happy with the service and the manner in which she spoke to me in front of my kids. What is the point of having 3 contracts and 2 prepaid accounts with Cell C if this is how your staff treat client
