Emergency airtime payed up but still reflecting as not payed

some time last year i ported my number from cell c to fnb sim card and during that time i was owing emergency airtime of R5.00, and thing didi not work out with FNB sim then i moved back to cell c and had to buy a new cell c sim and i was still owing that money, i called cell c call centre to resolve the matter as i was using the new sim card and the couldnt deduct back their money (and i dont know their reason) so they told me to go to the nearest nedbank to pay that R6.00 they gave me the account number and the reference number i payed the money but i am still getting smses that i am still owing the account and its two hundred and something days due today. i dont what to do anymore i called and even went to the nearest cell c branch but still not getting any help. PLEASE HELP ANYONE AS THIS MATTER IS GETTING ON MY NERVE EACH AND EVERYDAY.
