Emergency airtime
<p>A couple of days ago I got emergency airtime from Cellc of R5 which means I had to pay R6. This morning 31 March 2017 this morning I loaded r12 from cellphone banking and da entire r12 was deducted from my account and still telling me I am still owing 14r. Thank You, you have paid R12 of your Emergency Airtime. R14 is still owing on your balance. Once fully repaid you will qualify for another transaction. I am very disappointed yet again by Cellc and the call centre agent I spoke to this mornng did not seem to know much and was not very helpful. And now I can't even load more airtime because now my airtime will be deducted yet again</p>

According to our system, on the 27th of this month your took an emergency airtime of R25 which has a service fee of R1 resulting to a total value to be paid of R26.
So when you loaded R12 this morning it went towards the amount that you owe and that is why you're still owing R14 on your balance.
We will get one of our consultants to assist and provide clarity.
