Email support non-existent again

Why bother even having an email address for support and queries if there is never a response?

For the second time in just a few months I again have problems with my account with Cell C. Previously I was being overcharged on my account, and this was fixed for just a single month, now I all of a sudden have two accounts with Cell C and get two statements a month. For some reason my debit order has also been stopped, so I am technically not even paying for the service at the moment. Please can you assist me with this and with the duplicate accounts, I have to use hellopeter to raise complaints because I have sent through queries asking for this to be corrected, but the email address ********** is absolutely pointless, there is never a response or even an acknowledgement of the query. I don't understand why this is advertised as the support address if it isn't even monitored?
