EFT plus debit order went off my account

I have an existing Cell C for many years now and have been happy with my service. in 2015 August I took out another contract for my husband. As i am paying via EFT every month, i requested the same for his contract. the lady helping said ok, but the first connection fee had to go off via debit order and then it will carry on via EFT. I did my EFT payments on 29 March as i could not manage to do it before the long weekend and on 31 March a debit order went off for the same amount. I phoned Cell C but the agent said that I had to go to the branch to change my payment options. I went to the Cell C shop at N1 City and first the agent told me that I can only change it after 3 debit orders have gone off, but then again asked the supervisor that said it cannot be changed at all. I have basically now paid double for my contract and when asked how it will be refunded, they told me it will not be refunded, it will only be a credit for the next month. <br> <br> I want the debit order that was incorrectly placed on my contract to be cancelled and i continue paying via EFT as I have been doing for the last couple of months and continue doing for my existing contract that I have as well.<br> <br> <br>
