Efficient and friendly service

My wife and me decided to have our cell contract moved over to Cell C. We went to the branch at Canal Walk where we met Patty as she refers to herself (Phathiswa Zaku). She was very efficient and herlpful, as well as very friendly, She has excellent knowledge of the products that she sells. She helped us all the way from porting our numbers across to Cell C right up to the end. This was on Saturday 19 March. She requested us to come back on Sunday in order to confirm the porting as well as to collect our new phones. We really want to commend her for employee of the month!!! [I would like to add that your branch at Blue Route Mall is the exact opposite - useless maybe. We initially went to that branch as it is closer to where we stay. However they could or would not assist us and they didn't know how to handle contract buy-outs to the new Pinnacle contracts]<br>
