Is it possible for a company to employ so many dishonest people who go out of their way to cheat their loyal customers Case in reference is *** In November an sales agent named Tarquin contacted me stating that the previous agent Tshego was trying to get me to take out another contract #1 ***** case Then he told me my upgrade to a 20 gig pinnacle contract would then take place#2 ***** He then went on to promise me that my December bill would be less #3 ***** My bill just arrived for R170 more#3 ***** Eventually got through to someone who then went on to explain I was such an idiot for not understanding that I should smile when being cheated well at least she was honest about that Today customer relations phoned me and after explaining I am really stupid told me that my data contract was alo increased by R10 without anyone telling me I would have instantly cancelled that month to month contract I have been with cell c since their inception until now Really upset that they could treat customers as idiots Ps I have cancelled stop order until you get the figure right Also I hereby cancel any dealings with cell c Now it is in writing so do your worst
