I have lot of cases with cell c after over paying my account now they don't want ro give me my refund and am ****ed off cause is been a month already dealing with one query All my case as follows
*** - 10/06/2021 *** - 08/06/2021 *** - 02/06/2021 *** - 30/05/2021 *** - 13/05/2021 Other case is for yesterday Still no response and I dont get feedback and this is boring cause I can't always be calling while they know what to do They wanted proof of payment and I have send thou still the case can't be resolved
