<p>I am so upset with cell!!!!!my dad took out a contract with your company in January and u guys said he now missed 3 payments,u sent only 1 sms last week and tried to call once only.....he missed 3 payments u guys should have notified us from the 1st missing payment!!!!so I called because it was handed over to debt collections and the lady telling me we need to pay 5000 upfront no debits meanwhile the phone is only worth 3000????so i want to know as to why u people did not notify us from the 1st payment missing????so i called today and then only found out his behind haha...his phone is 3000 na di must pay back 5000 because of debt col fees and bull****!!!!!!!my dad got retreched so all i wanted to do was take over the payments for him thats all but now you want 5000 we werent even given a chance to explain why there was no payments made nothing..so now his going to get blacklisted because of u guys....i thought MTN was bad haha but u guys are 10 times worst....i will take over his normal contract but refuse to pay 5000 for a phone worth 3000....</p> <p>i dont know where im suppose to get 5000 from maybe i should just suck cellc **** to pay it</p> <p>or u guys can pay the 4900 an dil pay the 100:)</p> <p>oh BY THE WAY LET ME NOT EVEN SPEAK ABOUT THE CALL CENTRE GOSH OMW SPEAK ABOUT BAD SERVICE BEING TRANSFERRED FROM ONE DEP TO THE OTHER THEN THEY CUT THE CALL......</p> <p> YOU GUYS DONT ROCKURL ****EN SUCK...</p> <p>XX</p> <p> </p>
