I ws due for an upgrade in feb i went to the store and took a device on the 8th of feb,wasnt happy with the device took it back to the store on the 10th of feb the staff there told me they dnt take back devices,they told me to call customer care which than told me that i have a right to return the device to the store within 7 days...nd they still refused to take it back THIS IS THE CELL C SHOP IN PIET RETIEF MPUMALANGA!! than i ws told to call customer care 4 cancellations,i ws than sent countless refrences nd told to write a motivation as to y i dnt wnt the device, after writting that motivation i ws once again told that its nt my motivation duznt meet their critiria nw im being threathend that they'l deduct money 4 the device which i dnt !
IM DONE WITH CELL C!!!

Is the device faulty in any way? Your complaint didn’t indicate that there is something wrong with the phone. If it’s faulty then the process is that it is booked in for repairs, and then a replacement is offered if it is found to be so. However, if you simply no longer like the device and it is not faulty, the store is right by not accepting it because that is stock that cannot be sold. This was a face to face sale which means you had an opportunity to ask about the device and get the feel of it before taking it home. The fact that you signed the contract and left the store with the phone means you were happy with the purchase. We hope that we have managed to clarify the matter for you and apologies for the inconvenience caused.
